The project was to create and manage all the social media channels for the restaurant like Facebook, Instagram, Google my business and Zomato. Design creatives for any upcoming events 1 week prior to the main event date and post them on social media and boost them accordingly. Handled the online reputation of the business and replied to any queries. Responded to negative and positive feedback in a Social way. Generated leads for party bookings and helped the business by converting them into sales.
