Amaze has helped Coats launch an innovative customer-facing web portal for the Industrial Division of Coats plc, the global leader in industrial thread and consumer textile crafts.

This follows the earlier appointment of Amaze as lead digital partner for the two commercial divisions of Coats plc, Coats Industrial (B2B) and Coats Crafts (B2C & B2B). The brief was put out to tender and won following a competitive pitch.

The web portal for Coats Industrial is fully integrated with the internal business systems across the organisation and is the latest step in the on-going development of the company’s customer focused digital strategy.

The portal features a wealth of product and technical information and interactive materials including films, online training, access to technical advisory services and a sophisticated search facility.
