The River Building has a prime riverside location, overlooking the River Thames and positioned directly above Cannon Street station. This unique commercial development also features an acre of rooftop gardens, making it an enviable place of work.

The development identity, and accompanying print collateral, needed to showcase the unique location and individuality of the project, so bespoke CGI’s and an illustrated map were commissioned to help reflect this.

Outer covers of the printed material feature an aqueous pattern and colour scheme, enhanced with a spot UV finish, to further convey the development’s waterside proximity.
