At NYC Ferry, I led the brand design across all visual touchpoints — from signage systems and promotional print materials to digital content and internal presentations. I directed creative and copy for marketing campaigns, collaborated on UX/UI for the website and app, and produced assets for social media and industry events. My work helped establish a cohesive, user-friendly brand experience for both riders and stakeholders.
