Fake news has become a global phenomenon. Concern Worldwide, which has spent over 50 years trying to end extreme poverty, found a way to take fake news and use it for good. In a campaign titled #UnfortunatelyFakeNews, Concern launched over 50 fake news headlines and news segments calling out real things that corporations, governments and billionaires could be doing to end extreme poverty.
