Cold casting babies’ hands and feet, sculpting fingers and toes when necessary, silicone moulds (usually one part moulds, occasionally more complex moulds if linking hands are to be cast) maintaining the workroom, keeping supplies stocked up, polishing and hand-crafting the pieces to a high standard. I am also responsible for training up of other workshop technicians.
