A little bit about myself...

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Boston University and have worked in various newsrooms and television stations, writing, researching, and assisting both editors and producers, throughout the U.S. and have also held an internship with CNBC London, in 2005. Over the last two years my passion for story telling has led me to make the transition from news into producing long-format television programmes and documentary films. Working in both the television/film and the news business has made me thrive in fast-paced, detail oriented, and high intensity work environments where meticulous attention to detail and time management is essential.

I have extensive experience assisting editors with footage, production coordination, setting up shoots, working with directors and producers to set up story lines and develop scripts, and assisting post production supervisors with research and archival footage. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), working in bespoke content management systems, and I possess basic skills in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).

My most current projects include assistant producing an episode of “True Life” for MTV, “Second Chance Prom,” a documentary film produced with Lance Bass, assisting the post-production supervisor on the tw0-part film, to be aired on PBS, "Forgiveness: A Time to Love and a Time to Hate," and a public service video for “Fight Back New York,” featuring Rosie Perez.
