I have over 21 years of experience in digital transformation for large multi-nationals and have successfully implementing large scale digital projects across the Middle East and Africa regions. My experience encompasses Marketing Strategic Management, Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation, CRM, Customer experience initiatives, Consulting, Business Intelligence, Sales & Digital Transformation.

At Wipro I am currently covering 2 roles, firstly I am shaping the growth of Wipro Digital's practice & digital offerings into Africa to achieve an $8.2mill revenue target. I am passionate & driven to guide our Africa clients through their digital transformation journey. I balance technical content with commercial acumen in order to shape & sell complex digital transformation programs for all verticals across Africa. The focus areas that I am selling into the market are Business Transformation, IT Operating Model Renovation, Strategic Design, Cloud Native Transformation, Advanced AI, Automation, Digital Marketing and Commerce. Due to moving to the UK, I have also taken on the responsibility of Digital Sales Lead for 3 large healthcare clients in the UK focused on driving a growth strategy of increasing Wipro revenue to $40mill over a 3-year period with Digital contributing 20% to that number.

At IBM I was the Software Client Lead responsible for the expansion and development of IBM's software business within the Telecom Industry. The position entailed building and managing key relationships, advising and consulting to understand the client's organization and culture and develop strategic plans to address both IT and Line-of-Business needs. I worked closely with the Account team and Services team to ensure overall growth of IBM across accounts with targets achieved of $5mill new, $80mill ELA management and renewal target of $10mill. My first role at IBM was consulting in the Customer Experience business unit where I focused on driving a change message to the market showcasing a changing IBM strategy.

At Nokia & Microsoft Mobile Devices I led the Digital transformation for the Marketing department as Head of Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement across Middle East Africa & South East Africa ensuring strategic alignment across all business units. I drove and project managed innovative digital, mobile, activation, channel & CRM initiatives for more than 30 million consumers with an engagement rate above 25% on campaigns. I won global awards for innovative digital programmes, CRM innovation & engagement campaigns. My focus was on driving and increasing consumer loyalty, increasing consumer engagement & driving increased purchase consideration with an Omni-Channel strategy & ensure end to end customer experience across all channels.

I'm an enthusiastic Digital professional with many years of experience delivering and managing innovative Digital transformation projects, Marketing campaigns, digital programmes and projects in complex global environments. My passion has always been around ensuring customers have a consistent, thought through experience across all channels they engage on, driving operational excellence; getting processes and operations aligned and automated, managing large scale projects and ensuring my team delivers effectively. I excel at being essential and motivated in all my roles. I have ensured that advanced analytics underpinned all project that I've managed.

I have excellent project management, people management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills and apply my many years of experience, to ensure the goals of the organisation are met and KPIs are achieved and exceed.
