About me

I started as an apprentice and became a valued and knowledgeable member of the carton origination team. Due to restructuring, the company has decided to buy in all of the tooling and no longer has a design department, resulting in my redundancy.

I have designed the structural packaging for much of the Weetabix range of cereal products, as well as many own brand ranges.

I have designed cartons for Bowater Scott Tissues, Lucas Girling and Unipart motor trade packaging,

Johnsons lawn seed cartons once used a seed dispensing integral device for which I have a patent registered in my name.

Cow and Gate babyfood range,Lownds Pateman giftware, Euroliters and Walls ice cream cartons are examples of other designs of cartons I have been involved with.

I have an excellent knowledge of board grades and qualities and this includes corrugated board also.
