About me
Since 1987 I have worked in the printing industry, firstly as a paste up artist/compositor and then through the developments in technology as a Mac operator/designer, utilising associated programmes, Quark Xpress, Photoshop and most recently PC - Internet based PropertyNet.
I have worked as a freelance dressmaker and designer specialising in bridesmaid and wedding dresses.
I had a years contract working for the Sussex Archaeological Society as a Teaching Aids Technician recreating artifacts from the museum for use in the teaching. I was also responsible for updating and renewing displays at both the Anne of Cleves House and The Barbican House Museums in Lewes.
During this time I have also freelanced as an artist/designer creating a range of two and three dimensional items mostly to commission. I am intrinsically a very practical, problem solving person with an artistic flair. I have three daughters, aged 14, 13 and 10
