Project Overview
I designed and developed a landing page for a real estate investment company focused on hotel development in resort areas. The goal was to create a professional and trustworthy online presence to present an investment opportunity and build credibility with potential partners.

Process
Brief & Research
I studied the competitive landscape and identified common patterns in investment and hotel development websites to ensure the design meets expectations while standing out visually.

Content Structuring
I worked with the client to organize project highlights, investor benefits, financial summaries, and CTAs in a logical and scroll-friendly layout.

Visual Design
Using Figma, I created a minimalistic yet confident visual language — with a focus on space, typography, and premium feel.

Development
The site was implemented on Tilda with adaptive layout for mobile and smooth animation transitions to enhance perception.

Testing & Delivery
I performed user testing across multiple screen sizes and set up form submissions with notifications and basic analytics.

Result
The landing page now serves as a key touchpoint for the client's investor presentations. It effectively communicates the project’s value and enhances the company’s credibility in the real estate investment field.
