I believe in putting people front and centre in everything that I do. Using insights to develop and market products and ideas that add real value to people's lives is what energizes me. This is why helping to redefine "Dove Campaign -Real Beauty" in the 90's and the "Dirt is Good" campaign with OMO in the past 10 years - shaped my career.
Another huge passion point has been to empower women to live their full potential at home, in the workplace and in society. This is not just the right thing to do, it is the only way we will make lasting progress as the human race.
