I researched Raymond Blanc's history and put together a timeline of his most noteworthy achievements. Created a list of questions which focused on his judging role at the Disaster Chef competition, along with his successful journey at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. I researched, conducted the interview, wrote and edited the piece.
