Throughout my career, I have earned the reputation as a results-focused executive with extensive international and hospitality tourism industry experience, including guest relations, event coordination, and sales & marketing. Also, I have been successful in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including market research, social media management, and online reputation monitoring. I take pride in my strong work ethic and ability to excel in high-stress environments with poise and professionalism.
Specific examples of the value I delivered in my career are as follows:
- Organized an international golf tournament as, the European Ladies' team championship, with over 200 participants and total revenue of approximately € 100.000 from accommodation, food and beverage and golf club sales.
- Launched a hotel website, creating a unique landing page for different products and targets and curating engaging content. Created an online reservation system for tee times and an interactive calendar for golf tournaments in collaboration with an external IT team securing a €600.000 ROI during a seven-month season.
- Facilitated in-house execution of significant charity events including the Rotary "End of Polio" campaign which raised over €50.000 during the last edition in 2019.
