About me

Hello there, I'm a video editor with almost two years of experience. During them I managed to accomplish various projects—these include unconventional music videos that went to proper festivals, interviews with VIPs in the editorial world, and corporate videos for multinational clients.
I've also passionately contributed to crafting some short fiction films.
Even before graduating from engineering, I started devoting my time to studying post production; from asembling shots to color correction and even visual FX.
I've also been blessed with collaborating with experienced and even veteran video editors in my junior years.
All of this made me quite skilled at and comfortable with video editing applications like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve and Adobe Audition.
In 2019, I worked on "Debating With The Devil"; a music video that premiered at Ayam Beirut Al Cinema'iya Film Festival during that year. I came up with the idea, and directed and edited it. The footage came solely from home movies shot in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. So, my task was to reseaech material suitable for the basic premise and the composition, write a script with what I dug up, then direct the shots and merge them with the music. Finally, I edited the whole thing together.
Between April 2019 and February 2020, I worked at Influence Communications' digital publication, 925. I was assignied raw material that I had to put together to create engaging and informative interviews with a variety of celebrities, renowned professionals, and entrepreneurs. Knowing that they were made for social media, they grew my skill for capturing digital attention. For example, I started scrutinizing the very first few seconds as they're the most important. I usually achieved that by creating fast-paced introductions based on the interviewee's background and topic of the interview.
What I am looking for is an opportunity where I can colaborate, express myself or even influence others through my work. And what better way to acheive that than doing what I am really passionate about, post production
