The client approached us to give their website a fresh and new look, their old website was very outdated and didn't allow for updates to be made through the backend.

I started off by designing a couple of homepage proofs using the images and assets as delivered by the client. The client then narrowed the designs to one final homepage which then was used as a base structure for designing the remaining shop pages.

The main aim of the website was to showcase their beautiful products which was a bit difficult in the beginning due to the lack of high quality imagery. I worked closely with the client to try and put together as many assets as possible to shape up their website.

I ended up building a great looking website and most importantly a fully adjustable website from one simple backend. The client also had to connect the shop to their Sage CRM to ensure the stock quantities were consisting on both the site and the till, we developed a nice and simple script that would be triggered once a day using a cron job to update the stock on the site based on the quantity in the till.

I enjoyed working on this project mainly because I am very keen in the fashion designs, I enjoyed working with their marketing team to come up with something creative and user friendly.
