Cars are a major source of climate-warming greenhouse gases. As the earth gets hotter, extreme weather events will become more and more common and threaten lives around the world. To help turn the tide, Greenpeace organized Car Free Day to remind people that while they are driving they’re also destroying the environment. We created a series of visual stories consisting of parallel tire tracks. In one, we show a happy story about driving. In the other, we show the destruction cased by the resulting climate change.
