ABOUT

The purpose of this doc was to highlight how women from different walks of life view current and ever changing gender related social politics. I was approached by the director and producer to be camera operator and learned the day before I would also be in charge of lighting and sound.

The shoot went over two days and took place in a small university TV studio, I operated three cameras at once (two still shots and one moving) I used a simple yet effective three point lighting set up and applied a lav mic to each of the interviewees.

The shoot went very smoothly and I learned I could do several jobs at once to a high standard. I also gained a lot of valuable experience working in a TV studio which I worked in over my entire three years at university.
