The client purchased a 3-storey building with basement. The block was abandoned for many years and the infrastructure inside was totally damaged. The scope of the project was to create a lounge bar on the ground floor, kitchen installations on the basement, tattoo studios on the first floor and roof garden sitting area on the terrace, facing the Acropolis.
