ABOUT

Concept
This project was developed to communicate holiday product and manufacturing capabilities for large-scale retail programs at Target and Walmart. The objective was to create clearly differentiated seasonal stories that could support coordinated assortments, strong shelf presence, and commercially relevant product development across multiple home categories.

Execution
I developed four distinct holiday directions: Vintage Noel, Rustic Lodge, Cozy Minimal, and Merry & Bright. Each concept was built around a defined consumer mood, visual identity, color palette, product mix, and merchandising opportunity.

The collections bring together textiles, decorative accessories, tabletop, gifting, seasonal décor, lighting, and soft home products. I curated the product groupings, developed the color direction, created the visual presentation, and organized each story to demonstrate how the manufacturer could translate trend insights into scalable retail assortments.

The concepts were designed to balance retailer-specific positioning with practical manufacturing considerations, including coordinated categories, opening price points, product variety, color consistency, and assortment flexibility.

Results
The final presentation gave buyers and merchandising teams a clear view of the company’s ability to develop cohesive, cross-category holiday programs. It supported buyer conversations by showing how individual products could become complete retail stories with strong visual impact, broad customer appeal, and scalable manufacturing potential.
