Aqui*- an edible experience about a changing menu
It was an interactive exhibition inserted on the event Menu de Mudanças from Slowfood International. With this work, we aim to warn and raise awareness about the questions linked to the actual food consumption systems, reinforcing the importance of local and seasonal products choice, as a sustainable option.
