Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you because I believe that my skills are suitable for the role advertise, Creative Workflow Coordinator.

I am a passionate English with Creative Writing graduate with an extremely accurate eye for details, however small.

In fact, of all the candidates interviewed for my most recent role, I was the only individual who successfully spotted every mistake on a mock artwork used to test this very skill.

I was originally employed for just 6 months to assist the marketing department with a large project, which needed to be completed by December 2014, but the company was so pleased with my performance that my contract was extended twice.

During my time with the team I managed, on average, around 10 different projects at any given time. Despite juggling multiple projects, I still managed to ensure that a high percentage of artworks were completed in time to meet extremely tight deadlines which would often change to meet the needs of the customers.

Some of my other duties included:

- Proof reading artworks for spelling or grammatical errors, as well ensuring that images and colour used are correct and that all text meets the new legal requirements.

- Ensuring that any changes made were in line with what was requested on the initial briefs that I'd provided.

- Helping to manage multiple spreadsheets and collect data to provide updated status reports on our ongoing projects.

- Uploading new artwork files to our online library and filing all signed off artworks for future reference

- Liaising with the team, translators, customers, and printers, to ensure that everyone is helping us to meet our deadlines for projects.

- Communicating with, and organising various stakeholders in individual projects to ensure deadlines are met. This involved liaising with translators, customers, planning, purchasing, R&D and communicating effectively to ensure they provided the necessary information required to meet deadlines.
