I started 特別なもの in 2015 as means to combine my Graphic & Textile/Fashion expertise alongside my passion for Photography and Cycling.

Roughly translated to 'Special Objects' - objects with sentimental values, Tokubetsu Na Mono became a platform for me to keep my design skills sharp during Fashion School. Being a 1 man brand has allowed me to have creative control over all aspects. I handle Design, Photography, Production, R&D, Content Creation and so on.

While hectic at times, this has allowed the brand to produce wearables utilising exceptional Technical Fabrics , a strong identity and a mini cult following around the world.

I've managed to stay true to a zero marketing policy - in turn this has been rewarded with customers who are truly passionate & can resonate with our brand values - Quality over Quantity.

Keeping true to the notion of a "Special Object', 特別なもの's kits are Made to Order and produced only for a stipulated period of time. As such all wearables are limited, and designed to reflect the mood & influences according to the timeline it was crafted in.
