ABOUT

Concept — a single-storey villa on the edge of still water, to be sold before it exists. The brief for the imagery was quiet luxury rather than spectacle: prove the calm of the place, not the size of the house.

Execution — a set of exterior stills built around one hour of the day. Dawn mist over the lake, the interior lit warm so the full-height glazing reads as depth instead of reflection. Travertine and perforated brick screens carry the material story; the water gives a second, softer version of the elevation. Focal lengths from 24 to 100 mm so the same building reads three ways — as landscape, as elevation, as detail.

Delivered — a coherent set from one model and one light setup: hero frame, long elevation, material close-ups, and vertical crops for social. Built in 3ds Max with Corona Renderer, finished in Photoshop.
