ABOUT
Concept — a low timber pavilion set into arctic tundra above a glacier fjord. The problem was scale: a building this quiet disappears next to a glacier, and a building shown too heroically stops belonging to the place. The imagery had to hold both.
Execution — a curved larch facade and a turf roof modelled to sit under the horizon line, so the eye reads landscape first and architecture second. Aerial and eye-level views in one summer light, icebergs kept small and sharp to give the fjord its true distance. Wet rock, tundra grass and weathered timber carried the material story without any colour push.
Delivered — four frames in 16:9, 4:5 and 9:16, cropped from the same scene so a launch can run wide, in print and on a phone without re-rendering. Built in 3ds Max with Corona Renderer, finished in Photoshop.
