Formed by a comprehensive study of UI/UX research, these books were produced as part of my Final Major Project at University. The first book contains a number of UI/UX case studies as well as core interface theories. The second book pertains to the process of design for the delivery of a military-based smart watch interface. Aesthetically, these books honour an explicit visual theme which represents the kind of design seen in many 'technology-based' reference books or 'classified' artefacts. The textured cover was lazer cut to reveal the reflective book title. A deep-black reflective card added a visual nuance to anchor the meaning of the book's title. The use of material's were carefully selected to help embody the visual language of both the smart-watch interface and the topic of military interfaces.
