As a charity Luton Culture is very new, but is blessed with experienced, creative and skilled staff who care passionately about delivering cultural services synonymous with quality, value and inclusion. The charity's arts, museums and libraries are jewels that shine with individual brilliance and are already showing that together they are very precious indeed.

As it moves through difficult financial times it is easy for people to become inward looking, focusing on day to day concerns. But a community without culture and creativity is a community without a spirit. Understanding the past and the contribution of the community can only help the people of Luton be stronger in looking forward with an optimism based on knowledge and sound perspective.
