About me
As part of my goals as an Illustrator, Graphic
Designer and Image Maker, I aim to produce
more work for the public through both editorial
and promotional work. I also aim to engage
with professionals in other fields to broaden
my own understanding of how business works,
the benefits of co-operative conceptualisation
and production, and the collaboration
between disparate areas of study.
I have a great passion for science and
technology and the possibilities for learning
when combined with effective visual imagery.
I have studied in maths and physics which
I have tried to incorporate into my career
as an image maker, going on to exploring
anatomy and anthropology in my work. I
have also worked as a biology and chemistry
technician in a private school in Oxfordshire
where I witnessed first-hand the use of scientific
imagery and technical design for the purpose
of teaching and where the production of more
information as imagery through both traditional
print and new digital methods can be vastly
improved.
I also have a great interest in science fiction
and fantasy, I would like the opportunity to
use this enthusiasm in conjunction with my skills
as an illustrator and designer to work within
film-making and game design in both concept
and design, with aspirations to learn more in 3D
modelling, coding and motion graphics.
