Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently seen that you have posted a position available within your firm for an Artworker, to which I would really like to apply for.

I am currently looking for a full time design position, as I really want a career change. Design is what drives me and is what I'm actually passionate about.

I studied it at University as a HND and did it as a Degree too, purely because it is what I wanted to do as a career.I have even worked in various studios, producing work for an array of firms, as well as produced countless freelance work in my own time. Sending may pieces to print, as well as working along side people on multimedia projects for websites and moving images.

I love producing work for people, and love getting results. Seeing the clients happy, and hearing what the next brief will be. It's the whole process from idea to finalization, that enriches me and learning new skills, new processes, new methods. Each brief should teach you something, and the ability to be creative and utilize your mind, thats great. I'm an extremely analytical person, so I cant think of anything I'd rather be doing than creating visual artwork, whether its on clothing, tags, brochures, logo's, whatever I just love design.

I'm looking for a firm thats gonna give me the opportunity to be able to do what I love. Tell me what you want from me, and I'll do it. What style, let me be creative or i'll paint by numbers. Im just asking for you to look at my work and do you proud, and I'll give you everything i've got.

I hear how great my work is, now I want to be doing it full time for one firm.

I want to be doing what I was born to do, and have time to spend with my family, which I know this job will do, which will make me happy, and everyone wants to see me happy, and you'll love working with me. I'm extremely competent with the packages you've mentioned, and have a desire to progress.
