The Ballet Icons Gala is an annual star-studded ballet event in London. It is now firmly established as one of the highlights of the international cultural and social calendar. The Gala is held at the London Coliseum and followed by an exclusive dinner held at the prestigious Corinthia Hotel.
My responsibilities on the project included but were not limited to execution of VIP experience for our VIP guests and marketing. There were two types of VIP packages designed. The premium VIP package included: a seat at the Gala in a prime location, a seat at the VIP post-performance dinner in the presence of the celebrity artists, a program signed by the participating artists, meeting in person the world-famous artists and photo opportunities, and a unique backstage visit privilege. I communicated with VIP clients, assisting with their booking and providing the event information, did the guest lists and supervised onsite on the event day.
The event attracts nearly 300 VIP guests every time, among them are Royal Family members, politicians, celebrities and other distinguished guests.
