Unilever wanted to use real stories about their work to engage and inspire the university students and hopefully encourage them to apply for a job with Unilever. The first story was about how many Africans were actually suffering from a salt deficiency partly due to salt not being packaged and sold in convenient, small quantities. Unilever realised the problem and acted to help change things with smaller much more convenient salt packaging.
