Experienced in leading and organising teams of journalists, photographers and freelances, coordinating complex schedules and delivering against the fast-paced demands of breaking news and 24-hour media. Possessing a high-awareness of current events and an ability to quickly understand requirements of multiple teams across sports, politics, lifestyle, health, science, celebrity and other content segments, I have consistently led teams to capture and source relevant images which support editorial and journalistic content. Twenty six years in journalism from sports magazines to national newspapers and top Technology companies has brought me a wealth of experience & knowledge in management, picture editing and the ever-changing world of media in the UK & around the world.
