The Rat Trap consists of IR Heat Sensors, Door Lock Safety Sensors, WiFI, motherboard, High Voltage Board, LED’s, etc. When the IR detects any movement, the target get eliminates with high voltage current. Once the target has been eliminated the rotation motor switches on and dumps the rodent in the dump tray. In completion of an execution the chamber rotational end sensor will activate the firmware to correspond, indicating the Wi-Fi of an execution. The Wi-Fi will send a message to the stand alone PC or Laptop indicating an execution. The total number of traps in a location will be identified in the screen on the stand alone PC, indicates trap number, time and capture date. I developed an interface using HTML and CSS to display the above details. Also developed a client-server Architecture using Python which collects data from the rat trap and sends them over to the application which receives and displays it using PHP script.
