The Halcyon Riverbank stretches over half a kilometer along the bank of the Huangpu river. The project is a rejuvenation of the riverbank, old docks and coal house. The destination comprises of elevated walkways, bespoke retail, Modern Art Museum, restaurants, bars, The Halcyon Art Gallery and private club. The Museum alone takes 3000 visitors per day.

Our brief was to create the positioning, visual expression and brand identity for the Museum. This includes the main logos and sub brands, graphic language, external and internal wayfinding and brand manuals. The brief also includes all the external public furniture, retail kiosks and all aspects of the Museum interior, shops, publics spaces and roof top bar.

A wayfinding system was designed and installed and a lightweight pop-up kiosking system was developed to house retail, food & beverage in the warm summer months.
