Air has developed branding, signature brochures and marketing collateral with London based developer Tellon Capital for their mixed use project Bargate Quarter in Southampton. A regeneration project surrounding a 1000 year old national monument with 140 residential units, retail, leisure, food and beverage.

The project will include up to 8,000 sq m GLA of shops and will additionally accommodate 400 students.

Brief
Our mission was to reposition the failed Bargate shopping centre to coincide with Tellon Capital’s vision to create a vibrant, aspirational hub that celebrates it’s iconic heritage.

Solution
Air provided a brand solution that was inspired by the history of the Bargate. The logo was influenced by elements from the iconic town walls. A classical and vibrant red as well as a modern and traditional typeface were introduced to use on all marketing collateral.
