So I was approached by the owner of Kitty-Kats Tiki Shack, a vintage hairdresser based in Sheffield who was looking for a new logo that they could use on their social media and apply within their shop. The vague brief I was given was that she wanted a cat as the vocal point with big vintage hair. So after a few different concepts and revisions, we came to the conclusion that having a cat with vintage hair wasn't going to be to perfect solution so by dialling down the cat-like features and having a beautiful woman's face with cat ears was the direction we went for.

As I was developing this logo I realised that this could turn into a logo system, I sent her a few different colour variations and she couldn't decide which she wanted so after a little work we decided she could use all three colours but for different aspects of her business. This worked out better than choosing one colour as she is a vintage and hair colour specialist.
