The aim of this project was to illustrate an event in XL Recordings history to celebrate 25 years of the company. I chose to focus on how XL Recordings are always ‘Revealing new artists’. I wanted to portray this idea in a way that actually reveals the image of the artist. I tried and tested many methods and eventually found a way that worked so that I could slowly reveal the image of the artist from out of the black
