In 2018 my team and I collaborated with the Communications team to create an industry-specific white paper on the subject of leadership development and executive education. We created a glossy print report which also had a digital counterpart. The digital version had embedded video content showing interviews of industry experts voicing their opinions on the matter and the printed version had an AR-enabled cover and inside video thumbnails.

We used LayAR on this occasion which enabled pages to be scanned for the AR functionality to be enabled rather than needing a QR code or similar.

(Please note that the AR video example is a low-res' mock-up to emulate the functionality. Layar which we used to create the interaction has now ceased to exist so I cannot demonstrate the actual live cover/video AR functionality. (One to consider for longevity of future AR projects!)
