An end-to-end workflow that I was responsible for creating and managing in collaboration with various teams within the company. From the conception of idea for titles based on industry trends and user-demand - to commissioning - to designing the layouts - to selling - to marketing, this end-to-end plan even included who was responsible for what and hyperlinks to all of the supporting documents. Someone could enter the company with zero knowledge of the industry and by following this, work incredibly effectively.
