To coincide with the launch of Thomas the Tank Engine: King of the Railway, I was tasked with creating a complete customer walk through for a TTTE:KOTR foyer takeover. I designed and planned a full customer engagement journey from the moment a movie-goer stepped through the doors, until they reached their seats.
