Everything Everywhere is the mobile network and internet service provider company for both Orange and T-Mobile. An in-store brochure was produced which, for the first time, combined both brands information in the same piece of literature. Rather than proposing a content-heavy, editorial-led piece, it started with the insight that customers find the retail experience to be confusing. The customer was put at centre of the approach with the idea “You at the centre of everything”. The brochure, named “You &” starts with customers needs rather than propositions, and clearly walks them through the choices.
