The nature of canopy's design is to connect the outdoors with the indoors with the tree inspired design. Canopy is unique in the way the parts are able to form not only one bed, but two. Canopy can begin as a toddler bed, and then can be built up to a loft bed (seen in the image on the left page). Canopy doesn't have to be a toddler bed, and can be sold to customers that are looking for a loft bed that has a unique
aesthetic and design.

Canopy is designed to 'grow up' with the child. The package consists of all the parts to build the loft bed, but if the customer has purchased Canopy for their toddler, then the parts for this construction are easily accessed at the top of the package.

When it comes to building the full Canopy loft bed, either this being after the child has grown out of the toddler bed, or the bed has been purchased for a young child, a family friendly colour co-ordinated construction has been applied in the instructions and on the parts. This encourages family time and for children a chance to be involved and learn from the construction, taking care of their own bed and being proud of the achievement. Having this system is not only beneficial for the child, it makes it easier for the parents as well!

Canopy is also influenced on caring for the environment by sourcing wood only from managed forests, and the image of the design connects and links to this important consideration.

The unique '2 in 1' designed is inspired by the Canopy tree design, as it was literally a tree that grows up with a child, and additional is a gap in the market that has not been seen before.
