The brief was to create a compact, high-fidget container for the promotional market, with a generous flat print area designed for maximum brand visibility. I developed the product from concept through prototyping to production.

Through iterative sketching and rapid 3D prototyping, I developed and presented multiple design directions, from which a simple hemispherical concept was selected for further development. A series of physical prototypes was produced to test different sizes and opening mechanisms, optimising ergonomics and interaction.

In parallel, I created the Mint Twister brand and a cohesive suite of digital and print materials, ensuring a clear and adaptable visual identity. I also worked closely with legal teams to secure registrations, trademarks, and patents across Europe, China, the USA, Australia, and other territories.

The design achieved wide commercial adoption and has been used by thousands of companies worldwide.
