I'm a Writer/Researcher who has been researching the subjects of Animal Welfare, Lifestyle, Nutrition, Medicine, and Fitness, among others, for 20+ years. My knowledge base is extensive and ever-growing, built on a foundation of passion for both knowledge and practicality. I have a keen interest in getting interesting and beneficial information to as many people as possible.

My written and verbal English are both excellent and I I have a highly critical eye, spotting fine details often missed by others; a level of observation which leads me to enjoy analysing information, identifying anomalies, correcting errors, and creating aesthetic and ergonomic ways to display my findings.

I was recently handed ownership of a small non-profit organization centred around Spirituality, called Spiritual England, and you can see some of my work by following the link on my profile. I'm passionate about encouraging free-flowing discussion and the exploration of concepts and strategies, believing this is where the path to improvement and success lies.
