Key part of the team producing the annual, financial and sustainability reports for multibillion dollar agricultural commodities business Louis Dreyfus Company from 2014-2020. Across this work I:

- Worked closely with client’s Head of Sustainability and Communications team
- Advised on sustainability and communications strategy;
- Wrote copy for six annual and six sustainability reports (for FYs ending 2013-18);
- Worked with graphic designers on designing annual, interim and sustainability reports every year, briefing them, checking their work and conveying client feedback;
- Managed the project to deliver the reports in 2014-15 and 2019-20, including managing the projects for reports published in 2020 wholly remotely

Results: built relationship, alongside client services team, to grow revenue and retain client over 5-year period. Supported the client in creating its first standalone Sustainability Report in 2013 (while I was working freelance), to then helping them build the scope and impact of that report in subsequent years.
