About me

I have recently graduated from Durham University and during my time there have pursued numerous opportunities involving the organisation and promotion of large-scale student events. A career in advertising is one that I am determined to realise, and I am ideally looking for an entry level position that will allow me to discover more about the possibilities that advertising can offer and similarly what it can achieve.

I am a highly organised worker, having the confidence and dedication to make sure a task is completed efficiently and effectively. Having had work experience within the publicity departments of both Penguin and Bloomsbury, ITV Press department and Storm Communications PR agency, I know that organisation, self-motivation and communication are key, and I am willing to put everything into any task that may be set. Throughout my time at University I have been involved in the promotion of many societies and companies, and this, along with my other commitments, has meant I can manage my time productively and cope well under pressure. Gaining experience in working with so many different people has meant I have the ability to adapt to new busy working environments, and the social skills to work well with new people as both a team player and an individual.
