BT has launched a media campaign aimed at promoting the Concierge Support role within its contact centers across the country, and the aim was to capture quirky and light-hearted images for tabloid media use, highlighting how the Concierges go the extra mile for their colleagues.

We spent the time trying costumes and props in various locations so that we had a range of images that would suit the client's needs.
