This guide is an introduction to the world of Graphic Design and Photoshop. It's a creative world, full of ideas and beauty, but sometimes difficult to understand. It doesn’t have to be, however.

Before I put this guide together, I made a list of content ideas that would interest someone just starting out in Graphic Design, but would also have value for those already in the industry.

There's a short history of Graphic Design and the pioneers that made it happen. There’s a short chapter on Photoshop, the tool most valued by Graphic Designers. I’ve kept the information on Photoshop basic but essential because I want you to get lost in there and discover it for yourself. The final chapter is about fonts. Trust me, one day as a Graphic Designer you’ll be asked to choose a font for a brand, or maybe for your local pub. You need to know about fonts, a cornerstone of Graphic Design.
