A series of films created for the FA the engage their millennial audience who see the tournament as more relevant than other older football do. The films take the viewer on an adventure with a group of young fans on their way to each round of The Cup, mainly shot by the fans themselves as if for their friends on Snapchat or Facebook Live. Our actors were carefully cast wielding the phones themselves much of the time. We were tasked with creating multiple versions of each film bespoke to the teams going head-to-head in each round for teams to share on their own social platforms. A film was released for each round of the tournament, culminating in a journey to Wembley film which interacted with a live on-pitch opening ceremony action at the Arsenal v Chelsea Final.
