The experiential activity kicked off on the most depressing day of the year, Blue Monday. We made UK’s first smile activated hot drinks vending machine, which was located in Victoria Station, London where consumers are able to grab a free coffee or hot chocolate dispensed when they smile. A team of helpers brought some warmth and spread smiles to busy commuters by undertaking random acts of kindness, and consumers will be encouraged to share their experiences through social media channels using the company’s hashtag #keepsmiling.
